Reference is made to announcements by Self Storage Group ASA ("SSG") of 25 June

2019 and 1 July 2019 concerning the acquisition of Eurobox, property

acquisitions in Oslo and the Private Placement of gross NOK 250 million.

SSG has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of 12,987,012 new

shares in the Private Placement and 3,896,103 consideration shares issued to the

seller of Eurobox.

The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Nw. Finanstilsynet) has today, 27

September 2019, approved the Prospectus.
