Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 3 October 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3000 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 20.2888. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 495,206 own shares, representing ~2,46% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
