Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 7 October 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 2594 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 20.0000. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 500,000 own shares, representing ~2,48% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
