Rome, 20 December 2024 – Reference is made to the joint press release issued by RAI, F2i and MFE - MediaForEurope on 19 December 2024, announcing that, on the same date, a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding was signed between such companies to start, also involving Rai Way and EI Towers, preliminary analysis of the industrial aspects of a potential aggregation between Rai Way and EI Towers (the 'Potential Transaction'), in compliance with the provisions contained in Prime Ministerial Decree of 22 May 2024, amending the Prime Ministerial Decree of 17 February 2022.
In this regard, the Board of Directors of Rai Way, held today, confirmed its intention to evaluate, in the interest of all shareholders, the Potential Transaction, already envisaged most recently among the strategic options of the 2024-2027 Industrial Plan of the Company.
