As of 8.00am UTC today, 21st October 2019, Prudential plc is no longer the ultimate controlling parent of ‘M&G Investment Management Limited’, following the demerger of M&G Plc from the Prudential Plc group of companies. Prudential Plc, therefore no longer has any interest in the shares/voting rights of Prosafe SE.

M&G Plc is now the ultimate controlling parent of the M&G Group of companies, as such please find a new chain of controlled undertakings below. M&G Plc controls voting rights in 12,602,690 shares of Prosafe SE, which estimates to a 15.39% holding as of 21st October 2019 based on the total number of shares/voting rights of 81,864,212.

Of this holding, 5.17% is held by M&G (Lux) Investment Funds 1. This security is an open-ended investment company with variable capital incorporated in Luxembourg.
