Correction - Acquisition of own shares / primary insider trades
This is a correction of the disclosure published 25 October 2019 at 08:00 CET.
The number of shares acquired for one employee in the attachement has been
corrected.
On behalf of Gjensidige (OSE:GJF), DNB has on 24 October 2019 acquired 53 997
shares. The shares have been acquired at an average price of NOK 173.1451 per
share.
43 461 shares have been sold to employees, at a price of NOK 173.1451 per share,
as part of the Gjensidige share savings scheme 2019.
Acquisition of shares for the share savings scheme for the third quarter 2019 is
now completed.
A total of 8 277 bonus shares are allocated to employees pursuant to the terms
of previous years' share savings scheme. Bonus shares are allocated without
further consideration.
Gjensidige now owns 18 529 own shares.
Shares sold or allocated to primary insider employees are disclosed in the
attachment to this disclosure.
