has today on the 30th of October 2019 acquired 1000 shares in Zalaris ASA at NOK 21.00 per share on behalf of his son Hans-Herman Eloranta Mellerud.
After the transaction Hans-Petter Mellerud controls a total of 3’092’482 shares in Zalaris ASA distributed as 1000 shares held privately and 3’091’482 shares through his wholly owned investment company Norwegian Retail AS.
