Invitation to presentation of Axxis Geo Solutions’ third quarter results 2019

Reference is made to announcement by Axxis Geo Solutions ASA (AGS) on 10 October 2019 of the successfully placed private placement. AGS has decided to move the release of the Q3 2019 results forward to 6 November 2019 to best optimize the information flow in the ongoing processes.

Therefore, AGS will release its third quarter results on Wednesday 6 November 2019 at 07:00 CET.

A presentation of the results will be held on Wednesday 13 November at 10:00 CET at Hotel Continental, Stortingsgaten 24/26 in Oslo.

The presentation will be held by Lee Parker, CEO and Svein Knudsen, CFO. The presentation and Q&A session may also be followed through a live webcast from: www.axxisgeo.com
