Hunter Group ASA - Successful delivery and successful completion of sale of H.No. 5457

With reference to the press release dated June 17[th] 2019, Hunter Tankers AS, a

wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter Group ASA, is pleased to announce that it,

today at 0730hrs CET, took delivery of its third vessel, H.No. 5457, and

subsequently delivered her to her new owner in accordance with the Memorandum of

Agreement.  All funds have been transferred and the transaction is complete.
