Disclosure of significant shareholding in Zalaris ASA

Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB have on 31 October 2019 bought 755,964, 288,032 and 201,365 ordinary shares respectively in Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) at a price of NOK 20.80 per share. On completion of the transactions Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB hold 2,022,224, 776,529 and 540,685 shares respectively in Zalaris ASA, representing a total of 17.02%. Neither Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II or Athanase Industrial Partners II AB hold other rights to shares in Zalaris ASA.
