Mandatory notification of trade in Zalaris ASA
On 31 October 2019, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board, bought an aggregate amount of 1,245,361 shares in Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) at a price of NOK 20.80 per share. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 3,339,438 shares representing 17.02% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB own 2,022,224, 776,529 and 540,685 shares respectively.
