Bittium Corporation's Financial Calendar for the Year 2025

Bittium Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, December 20, 2024, at 3.30 pm (CET+1)

In 2025, Bittium Corporation will publish its financial Reports (Half Year Financial Report, Financial Statement Bulletin) and Business Reviews (January-March and January-September). The structure of the Business Reviews is lighter than that of the financial reports.

Bittium started segment-based reporting from the beginning of 2024. In 2025, Bittium will report in accordance with its segment structure all three Business Segments and separately Group Functions, including group administration, strategic projects and stock exchange listing, as well as rent of office premises owned by the Group.

In 2025, Bittium Corporation will publish its Half Year Financial Report and Financial Statement Bulletin as follows:

• Financial Statement Bulletin 2024: on February 18, 2025, at 8.00 am (CET+1)
• Half Year Financial Report January June 2025: on August 8, 2025, at 8.00 am (CEST+1)

In 2025, Bittium Corporation will publish its Business Reviews as follows:

• Business Review January-March 2025: on April 29, 2025, at 8.00 am (CEST+1)
• Business Review January-September 2025: on October 24, 2025, at 8.00 am (CEST+1)

Bittium will release its Annual Report 2024 at the latest on April 15, 2025. Annual Report includes the Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2024, CSRD compliant sustainability report, and Corporate Governance Statement.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Oulu, Finland on May 7, 2025.
