Regarding quarterly reporting for Q3 2019

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 18 November 2019 regarding the challenging financial situation of the subsidiary Havyard Ship Technology AS.

In accordance with the regulations set by Oslo Børs, it is up to the companies themselves to decide whether to report quarterly results. The Board of Directors and administration have decided to use all capacity and available resources for the work to resolve the financial situation. The Board of Directors has therefore also decided that Havyard Group ASA will not announce financial reporting for Q3 2019.

Work on solving the financial challenges will be continued along with external advisers, and updated information on necessary measures will be provided as soon as possible.
