Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Gentian Diagnostics AS (the "Company") on 25 November 2019 regarding a share issue in connection with an employee share purchase program (ESPP), by issuance of 6,797 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 38.10 per new share. The share capital increase pertaining to the ESPP is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 1,540,271.8 divided on 15,402,718 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
