New CEO in Havyard Group ASA

The Board of Havyard Group and CEO Geir Johan Bakke has agreed to terminate the employment relationship with immediate effect. Bakke has stated that he is willing to be available to the company for some time to come, should it be needed.

Geir Johan Bakke has been employed by Havyard Group since 2001, has been CEO since 2004, and has been central to the development of the Group.

The Board of Havyard Group has constituted Gunnar Larsen as CEO, and will immediately begin the work of recruiting a permanent CEO.

Larsen comes from the position as general manager of Havyard Production, is Senior Vice President Market & Business Development of the Havyard Group and has been employed by the Group for twelve years.
