Agreement for completion
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 18 November 2019 regarding the financial situation of the subsidiary Havyard Ship Technology AS (HST).
HST has now reached agreements with the shipowners who have vessels for outfitting at the shipyard, as well as GIEK and involved banks, which ensures completion and delivery of such vessels.
Going forward, work will be initiated to secure solutions for the completion of the remaining order book in HST, where new information will be provided as soon as possible.
