Viking Line Abp's financial calendar for 2025

Viking Line Abp will publish its Year-end Report for 2024 on Friday, February 14, 2025.

An electronic version of Viking Line's official 2024 annual accounts as well as its corporate governance statement and compensation statement will be published during the week of March 31, 2025, on the Company's website, www.vikingline.com.

According to plans, Viking Line's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025. A separate invitation to the AGM will be issued. An announcement of the AGM's decisions will be published after the AGM has ended.

The Company's Financial Reports and Statements for 2025 will be published as follows:

• Business Review for the period January March: April 24, 2025
• The Half-Year Financial Report for January June: August 15, 2025
• Business Review for the period January September: October 23, 2025
• Year-end report for January December 2025: February 13, 2026

The Year-end Report, the Half-Year Financial Report and the Business Reviews will be published each respective date in Swedish, Finnish and English.
