Berlin, 19. December 2024 –Today, The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (The Grounds / ISIN: DE000A2GSVV5) concluded a contract to acquire a portfolio of single-family houses. This purchase involves a total of 79 leased terraced and semi-detached houses located in Potsdam and the surrounding area. The purchase price amounts to EUR 20 million.
