Italian Wine Brands S.p.A.: CONFERITO L'INCARICO DI EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR IN FAVORE DI VALUE TRACK SIM S.p.A.
Milano, 19 dicembre 2024 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A., società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan, rende nota ai sensi dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan la risoluzione consensuale del contratto di Euronext Growth Advisor (ex Nominated Advisor) con Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., che rimarrà in carica fino al 31 dicembre 2024 incluso.
L'incarico di Euronext Growth Advisor è stato conferito a Value Track SIM S.p.A. e avrà efficacia a partire dal 1° gennaio 2025.
Si precisa infine che, sempre in data odierna, Value Track SIM S.p.A. ha rilasciato a Borsa Italiana le dichiarazioni della Scheda 2, Sezione C del Regolamento Euronext Growth Advisor.

Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. appoints VALUE TRACK SIM S.p.A. as EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR
Milan, December 19th , 2024 – Italian Wine Brands S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market announces, pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulation, the consensual termination of the Euronext Growth Advisor (formerly Nominated Advisor) contract with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., which will remain in office until December 31st , 2024 included.
The Euronext Growth Advisor appointment has been conferred to Value Track SIM S.p.A. and will be effective from January 1 st, 2025.
Finally, it should be noted that Value Track SIM S.p.A. has already released to Borsa Italiana the statements according to Schedule 2, Section C of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.
