Generali completes the sale of its operations in Turkey

Milan – Generali announces that it has completed the sale of 99.99% of its stake in Generali Sigorta A.Ş. (Generali Sigorta Anonim Şirketi) to Kiler Holding A.Ş., Ekol Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Arex Yatırım Holding A.Ş. and Arex Sigorta A.Ş..
