Annual General Meeting ("AGM") Results

AVI Global Trust plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 19 December 2024, all the Resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed. All resolutions were voted on by way of a poll.  The results of the poll for each resolution will shortly be available on the Company's website: www.aviglobal.co.uk .

Copies of all resolutions passed as Special Business at the Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
