NOMINA EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR IN FAVORE DI ALANTRA
Carrara, 18 dicembre 2024 – Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., azienda leader a livello internazionale nel settore della lavorazione e della commercializzazione del marmo di Carrara, quotata su Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: FUM) (la "Società"), rende noto ai sensi dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan la risoluzione consensuale del contratto di Euronext Growth Advisor (ex Nominated Advisor) con Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., che rimarrà in carica fino al 31 dicembre 2024 incluso, ed il contestuale conferimento dell'incarico di Euronext Growth Advisor a Alantra che subentrerà a partire dal 1° gennaio 2025. Intesa Sanpaolo continuerà ad agire come Specialista della Società.
Si precisa infine che, sempre in data odierna, Alantra ha rilasciato a Borsa Italiana le dichiarazioni della Scheda 2, Sezione C del Regolamento Euronext Growth Advisor.

APPOINTMENT OF EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR IN FAVOUR OF ALANTRA
Carrara, December 18, 2024 – Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., an international leader in the processing and marketing of Carrara marble, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: FUM) (the "Company") announces, pursuant to art. 17 of the Issuers Regulation Euronext Growth Milan, the consensual termination of the Euronext Growth Advisor contract (formerly Nominated Advisor) with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., which will remain in office until December 31, 2024 and the simultaneous assignment of the Euronext Growth Advisor role to Alantra who will take over starting from January 1, 2025. Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A will continue to work as Specialist of the Company.
Finally, it should be noted that today, Alantra also provided Borsa Italiana with the statements of Schedule 2, Section C of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.

Franchi Umberto Marmi, established in 1971, is a leader in the processing and marketing of blocks and slabs of Carrara marble, a natural stone that perfectly embodies Italian craftsmanship and luxury, with special characteristics that make it unique in Italy and in the rest of the world. The Company covers all phases of the production and distribution process, thus guaranteeing the absolute quality of the product, whether it is slabs or entire blocks. The activity is mainly concentrated within the 59,000 square meters of the Carrara headquarters, which make it the largest exhibition space dedicated to Carrara marble. Franchi Umberto Marmi closed the 2023 financial year with Consolidated revenues equal to EUR 74.7 million, Adjusted EBITDA equal to EUR 25.4 million (with a margin on revenues of 33.9%) and Operating profit equal to EUR 13.0 million.
