Lordos United Public Limited announces and informs the investorsthat on 18/12/2024, the Board of Directors held a meeting during which the Board of Directors, having previously reviewed the results for the period of January – September for the financial year 2024 of the Company and having taken into account both the results of previous years and the current, short and medium term needs and prospects of the Company, resolved to pay an interim dividend for the overall amount of two hundred thousand euros (€200,000).
The record date will be 02/01/2025. The record of this date will include the transactions carried out by the end of the trading day of 30/12/2024. Therefore, the cum dividend date will be 30/12/2024 and the ex-dividend date will be 31/12/2024.
The proposed Date for the Payment of Dividend is until 24/01/2025. The exact date will be announced.
