"WARRANT SIMONE 2023-2026", CLOSE OF THE FIRST EXERCISE PERIOD
Milan, 18th December 2024 – Simone S.p.A. ("Simone" or the "Company"), a company operating in the publishing sector, announces that the First Exercise Period of the "Warrant Simone 2023-2026", ISIN code IT0005573172 (the "Warrants"), which ran from 2 to 17 December 2024 (inclusive), has ended.
The Warrant holders were entitled to subscribe the Conversion Shares, in the ratio of 1 (one) Conversion Share for every 4 (four) Warrants held, at a price per Conversion Share of Euro 2.20 ("First Exercise Period Price").
During this period, no Warrants were exercised; as a result, at the current date there are 1.575.000 Warrants in circulation.
It is understood that Warrant holders who did not request to subscribe to the shares in the First Exercise Period will have the right to exercise the Warrants in the subsequent exercise periods, as provided for in the Warrant Regulations.
