BANCA MPS: RESIGNATION OF 5 DIRECTORS INDICATED IN THE LIST SUBMITTED BY THE MEF FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN APRIL 2023
Siena, 18 December 2024 - Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the "Bank") announces that, yesterday, the following independent Directors, who were indicated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (the "MEF") in the list presented on 27 March 2023, resigned from office: Paolo Fabris De Fabris, member of the Related-Party Transactions Committee and of the 231/01 Supervisory Board; Lucia Foti Belligambi, member of the Remuneration Committee and of the Related-Party Transactions Committee; Laura Martiniello, member of the Nominations Committee and of the Risk and Sustainability Committee; Annapaola Negri-Clementi, Chairperson of the Related-Party Transactions Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee; Donatella Visconti, member of the Nominations Committee and of the Related-Party Transactions Committee.
The Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, having acknowledged the resignations, would like to thank the above-mentioned Directors for their productive contribution throughout these years.
The Board of Directors will proceed without delay with the integration process of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the applicable laws.
