Correction! Disclosure of large shareholding in Self Storage Group ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange release 5 December 2019.

The stock exchange release stated a mandatory notification of trade on behalf of Øystein Stray Spetalen as a board member. This is incorrect. The stock exchange release was supposed to be a disclosure of large shareholding as Øystein Stray Spetalen is not a board member.

The correct wording in the stock exchange release is as follows:

Ferncliff Invest AS has been merged with Ferncliff TIH AS. Both companies are indirectly 100% owned by Øystein Stray Spetalen.

As a result of the completion of the merger, 4 080 000 shares owned by Ferncliff Invest AS in Self Storage Group ASA, corresponding to 4.94 % ownership, has been transferred from Ferncliff Invest AS to Ferncliff TIH AS.

After the transaction, the number of shares controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen and associated companies remains unchanged at 18 377 922 shares, corresponding to 22.24%
