Mandatory notification of trade
On December 10[th], 2019, DNB has, on behalf of Otello Corporation, purchased
1,825 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP). The
shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 16.4244. The discounted share price
to the employees is NOK 13.1395 per share.
