Oslo, 16th of December 2019. Zalaris ASA has completed the acquisition of 54’627 own shares from a previous employee at a price of NOK 25,12 per share. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 554’627 own shares, representing ~2,76% of the total outstanding shares.
