Grant of share options
Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA hereby announces that CEO Engebret Dahm has been granted 38,580 share options and CFO Liv Dyrnes 26,700 share options. Each share option corresponds to one share. The strike price is NOK 46.14 per share and the strike price will be adjusted for any distribution of dividends and other events materially affecting the value of the options. The vesting period is 3 years with 1/3 vesting each year and all options expire after 5 years.
