New and renewed lease contracts

Entra has signed a new lease contract for 5,560 sqm in Langkaia 1 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of 10 years, starting from January 2021.

Entra has also renewed a lease contract for 4,200 sqm in Valkendorfsgate 6 in Bergen. The lease contract has a duration of five years, starting from March 2020.
