Mandatory notification of trade in Zalaris ASA

On 10th January 2020, due to an internal restructuring, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board, re-allocated Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) shares with Athanase Industrial Partners II AB selling 553,790 shares at NOK 27.60 and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB buying 553,790 shares at NOK 27.60.

After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 3,420,125 shares representing 17.43% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB and Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II own 2,624,870 and 795,255 shares respectively.
