Veidekke ASA: Invitation to presentation of Q4 2019 results 11 February 2020

Veidekke ASA will report fourth quarter 2019 results on Tuesday 11 February 2020

at 07:00 CET. The report and presentation will be made available at the same

time on veidekke.com.

A presentation of the quarterly results will be held at 08:00 CET at Veidekke's

head office in Skabos vei 4 at Skøyen in Oslo. All presentations will be held in

Norwegian.

Presentations and ensuing Q&A will be webcast on veidekke.com. Veidekke welcomes

questions to the presenters from the audience present or via web.
