SSG - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to stock exchange announcement 04.02.2020 concerning the

increase of share capital. The new share capital of NOK 8 432 858,40 divided

into 84 328 584 shares each with par value of NOK 0.10 is now registered in the

Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
