BerGenBio ASA: Board approval of 2019 annual financial statement

Bergen, Norway, 21 February 2020 - The Board of Directors in BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) approved the 2019 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The statements are in accordance with the preliminary 2019 annual financial statements published on 11 February 2020.

The annual report 2019 will be made available on BerGenBio ASA's web site www.bergenbio.com on 24 February 2020. BerGenBio ASA's annual general meeting is planned to be held on 16 March 2020.
