EAM Solar ASA: Translation of the grounds for the judgement in the Court of Milan, Criminal Section X, no. 44638/2013 R.G.N.R.

On 18 April 2019 the Criminal Court of Milan published its ruling in the criminal proceedings no. 44638/2013 R.G.N.R. where the Company was amongst others awarded with a provisional damage of euro 5 million, and on Tuesday 15 October 2019 the Criminal Court of Milan released the grounds for the judgement published in April.

The Company has decided to release an English translation of the grounds for the judgement since many of the stakeholders do not have easy access to the Italian version of the ruling.

The translation may only be downloaded from the Company’s homepage due to size.
