BerGenBio ASA: Share capital increase

Bergen, Norway, 2 March 2020 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice

published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 20 February 2020

where the Company announced that an extraordinary general meeting had resolved

to increase the Company's share capital in connection with Tranche 2 of the

private placement announced by the Company on 30 January 2020. A total of

6,740,182 shares were issued in Tranche 2 at a subscription price of NOK 18.00

per share.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital

is NOK 7,329,190.80 divided into 73,291,908 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 0.10.
