The following board members and primary insiders have on March 2nd, 2020, bought shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS:

- Johan E Andreassen, CEO and Chairman, has acquired 15,000 shares through JEA Invest AS at an average price of NOK 91.98 per share. Following this transaction, Johan E Andreassen through JEA Invest AS holds 1,072,270 shares, corresponding to 1.5% of the total shares outstanding in the Company. In addition, Johan E Andreassen through Alsco AS, a company owned together with Bjørn Vegard Løvik, holds 9,459,849 shares in the Company, corresponding to 13.3% of the total shares outstanding in the Company.
