Magnora ASA capital distribution

Oslo, Norway, 4th of March 2020: MAGNORA ASA, a leading Norwegian royalty and license revenue company reports capital distribution.

As announced in previous press releases and quarterly reports, Magnora intends to regularly distribute capital to our shareholders. In recent reports the Company has indicated a total 2020 dividend of NOK 1 per share. The Board of Directors has now approved a quarterly cash distribution of NOK 13,146,459, corresponding to NOK 0.25 per share to be paid in March. Based on current expectations of the Board, further quarterly cash payments of NOK 0.25 per share are expected to be made during 2020. The cash distribution is based on the Company’s annual accounts for 2018 and was authorised by the AGM held on 21 May 2019. The AGM authorisation is valid until the next AGM to be held in May 2020 and will in all cases lapse on 30 June 2020.

The cash distribution is a repayment of paid-in capital in excess of the par value of the Magnora share.

The table below sets out the key dates for the dividend payment.

Ex-date: 10 March 2020

Record date: 11 March 2020

Payment date: 16 March 2020
