Quantafuel and BASF reach principle agreement on the Collaboration agreement

Quantafuel and BASF have negotiated and agreed on the principles of the anticipated Collaboration Agreement. It is expected that this agreement will be ratified by the Board of Directors of Quantafuel within the coming days. In order not to be in default to the amended investment Agreement that set March 6th as the contract date, the Parties have agreed to extend the timeline for approval of the Collaboration Agreement to March 20th.
