Repurchase of own bonds

Norske Skog ASA has repurchased own bonds with a nominal value of EUR 6.1 million in NSKOG01 (ISIN NO0010856123). The new holding of own bonds is EUR 20.5 million. The outstanding amount of bonds is EUR 104.5 million (exclusive own bonds) and EUR 125 million (including own bonds). The bonds mature on 14 June 2022.
