KID ASA Appoints Eystein Lund as Interim CFO

Effective immediately, CFO in Kid ASA, Henrik Frisell, is on a sick leave due to

illness in his close family.

Kid ASA has appointed Eystein Lund as interim CFO and responsible for investor

relations contact. Lund will have his first day in Kid ASA on March 17[th] 2020.

Eystein Lund is a state authorized public accountant and holds a master's degree

in Business & Administration, with several years of experience as CFO. Lund was

previously CFO in Sector Alarm Group and Opplysningen AS. His experience

includes management of accounting and finance functions, refinancing and M&A.

- It feels somewhat strange to enter this position under these circumstances and

on the back of the current pandemic situation, but I will do my utmost to ensure

we succeed in making 2020 the best possible year for KID, Eystein Lund says.

- It is both natural and required that Henrik Frisell now focus on his closest

family going forward, and we welcome him back when the time is right. In the

meantime, I am confident that Eystein Lund will add leadership, relevant
