KONGSBERG has on 18 March 2020 purchased 47,300 own shares at an average price of NOK 118.5939 per share. After this, KONGSBERG owns a total of 1,068,779 own shares.

The purchase of shares is part of the share buy-back program announced on 13 February 2020, in connection with a share program for employees and long-term incentive (LTI) program for executive managers. The share buy-back program consists of shares for a total value of up to MNOK 160.

The share buy-back program is now completed.
