Effective agreement with Kleven

Reference is made to information announced on 7 February 7 2020 regarding the completion of Havyard Ship Technology AS’s ("HST") newbuilding no. 126 at Kleven Verft AS ("Kleven") as a subcontractor to HST.

HST and Kleven have now entered into effective agreements that ensures the completion of the vessel, which involves that the hull and equipment contracts will be transferred from HST to Kleven where the latter has entered into a new shipbuilding contract directly with the shipowner. Havyard Design & Solutions AS will supply the design, and where Norwegian Electric Systems AS will deliver energy systems, including battery solutions and control systems.
