BerGenBio ASA: Share capital increase

Bergen, Norway, 30 March 2020 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice

published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 13 March 2020 where

the Company announced the final results of the subsequent offering. A total of

6,397 shares were issued in the subsequent offering at a subscription price of

NOK 18.00 per share.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital

is NOK 7,329,830.50 divided into 73,298,305 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 0.10.
