Invitation to Annual General meeting

The shareholders of Nordic Semiconductor ASA are hereby invited to the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on Tuesday April 21st 2020 at 09:00.

Due to the ongoing situation with spread of coronavirus, a number of measures are being implemented to prevent the spread of infection. These measures are being taken to safeguard the health and security of the Company's shareholders, member of the Board of Directors and employees, and to ensure compliance with applicable national and local restrictions and guidelines. The Company will therefore conduct the meeting via video and all shareholders are encouraged to submit their votes prior to the Annual General Meeting. The Company will enable the possibility to ask questions and request information through a chat solution, and further information about this will be given following registration of attendance notice to agm@nordicsemi.no.

The general meeting will be conducted as briefly as possible.
