Sparebanken Møre – Annual report 2019
Enclosed is the annual report 2019 for Sparebanken Møre. The report is also published on www.sbm.no.
As the 2019 allocation of profits has been changed after the Board of Directors presented the annual report in February, without this being reflected in the bank's annual report, an appendix has been prepared specifying the cause and consequences of the Annual General Meeting's resolution.
This information is subject of the disclosure requirements according to Section 5-12 in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
