KCC - Disclosure of proxies for Annual General Meeting

Oslo, 24 April 2020: Reference is made to the Annual General Meeting of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the "Company") to be held on 27 April 2020. The Chair of the Board, Lasse Kristoffersen, has received proxy based voting rights without voting instructions for a total of 8,855,673 shares, representing 18.44% of the total number of shares in the Company. The proxies are only valid for the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2020.

With the addition of the 3,000 shares controlled by Lasse Kristoffersen, this represents a total of 8,858,673 shares, corresponding to 18.45% of the total number of shares in the Company.
