PRESS RELEASE AEROPORTO GUGLIELMO MARCONI DI BOLOGNA: Financial calendar for the year 2025
Bologna, December 17, 2024 - The Board of Directors of Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A., which met today, under the chairmanship of Enrico Postacchini, has positively verified the requirements of professionalism and integrity of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has also positively verified the requirements of independence, pursuant to both the TUF and the Corporate Governance Code, for the Directors Giovanni Cavallaro, Claudia Bugno, Elena Leti and Laura Pascotto, also confirming the independence pursuant to the TUF only of the Director Alessio Montrella. The independence of the aforementioned members of the Board of AdB S.p.A. was also assessed with regard to the qualitative and quantitative criteria for the analysis of the relationships between the Directors and Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. approved by the administrative body last November 14th pursuant to recommendation 7, first period, letters c) and d), of article 2 of the Corporate Governance Code.
The Board of Directors also resolved the 2025 dates for the publication of the financial results approved by the Board of Directors and also assessed the dates for the publication of the 2025 financial results and the date of the Shareholders' Meeting, in single call.

The Company announces that it will avail itself of the exemption from publishing additional periodic financial information as of December 31, 2024, pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter a), Regulation of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.; therefore, the Company will make the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements available within 90 days of the end of the financial year.
Any changes to the above dates will be communicated promptly.
When the accounting data for the period are released, conference calls are planned to present the results to the financial community according to times and methods that will be announced as soon as they are defined.

Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna, classified as a "strategic airport" in the centre-north area of the National Airports Plan prepared by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, recorded in 2023 approximately 10 million passengers, ranking as the seventh biggest Italian airport by number of passengers (Source: Assaeroporti). Located in the heart of the Emilian food valley and the automotive and packaging industrial districts, the airport has a catchment area of about 11 million inhabitants and around 47,000 companies, with a strong propensity to exports and internationalisation and with commercial expansion policies to Eastern Europe and Asia.
As for airport infrastructure, the airport has among its strategic objectives in the next few years an important development plan that mainly concerns the expansion of the terminal, particularly in the parts of security checks and gate area.
