EAM Solar ASA: The sale of Varmo & Codroipo is concluded

Reference is given to the stock exchange notice of the 17th of April 2020 and the Q4 report 2019. EAM Solar ASA has been informed by Energeia AS that the sale of the power plants Varmo & Codroipo has been executed and achieved financial close today. Consequently, the sale of the power plants is fully consummated and the cash proceeds from the transaction has been received by Energeia AS. The first quarter report will contain more details on the transaction and the financial impact on EAM Solar ASA.
