Oslo, 30 April 2020 – Panoro Energy ASA (the “Company” or “Panoro” with OSE Ticker: PEN) announces a change of date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”).

Due to the travel restrictions and social distancing measures introduced to control the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company has taken a decision to hold the 2020 AGM on Thursday, the 18th of June 2020.

The agenda and details of the meeting will be circulated at least 21 days prior to the AGM date.
